About The Founder
Meet Suaad — Founder of Resort Dance Travel
Hi, I’m Suaad Ghadban, founder of Resort Dance Travel. I created this platform because I’ve been exactly where you are.
I began my career as a professional dancer and spent more than 20 years in the entertainment industry, performing and working professionally in Las Vegas, New York, and Los Angeles — including Broadway productions, award shows, television, live events, and international tours.
I know what it’s like to train, audition, perform, travel, network, and constantly search for the next opportunity.
Today, I work on the other side of the industry as a global fitness, wellness, and hospitality consultant, working with luxury hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands to create exceptional fitness, wellness, entertainment, and guest experiences.
That means I understand both sides of the opportunity.
I understand you — the dancer. Your ambition, your talent, your desire to travel, and your search for meaningful opportunities.
That’s why I created Resort Dance Travel.
Our goal is simple: connect dancers with real opportunities in the global resort industry, giving you the chance to travel, perform, teach, network, and grow your career while experiencing incredible destinations.
